I particularly adore these earrings. The tie in with my love for old palaces, temples & places of worship, old Mughal structures and tombs.

The earrings explore the ancient technique of Enamel & palm leaves. The use & significance of Palm Trees dates back thousands of years…they also hold powerful significance -highlighting victory, peace, strength, power, grace & eternal life. They have a natural cooling & calming effect.

Hand enamel techniques date back to 224AD when master Iranian craftsmen introduced enamel to the world. The Mughals then brought the technique to India in the 13th Century.

3 cm in full length. Very light weight for pierced ears.
