Pichwai art is a traditional Indian style of painting that originated over 400 years ago in Nathdwara, Rajasthan. Traditionally the art form involved painting on cloth using natural colors, gold, and silver, with extremely detailed and delicate brushwork. Pichwait art is not just decorative, it serves a deep spiritual purpose too.

The pendant has been fastened with a traditional black cotton thread mechanism. It can also be worn with a chain or velvet ribbon.
