Bridgerton: The Story Behind the Sharma Sisters’ Jewellery
August 2025
“They said they loved my stuff, and they wanted to use it for Bridgerton,” says Vora. “Then they came into the store and picked seven or nine pieces. They bought them outright, actually, and said that they were not allowed to tell me which would be used but to just keep an eye out. It was all very organic. I asked them how they found me, and they just said Google and that my brand really appealed to them….
The heritage inspiration is always at the core of my designs. And a big part of my business is supporting sustainable initiatives, especially as a Jain. I give a percentage of each sale to causes where people are in desperate need in Kenya and India. I just want to grow that part of my business even more, expanding on my initiative work. Maybe one day, I’ll have another store in a different location. Also, I want to always keep a personal connection with my customers. It’s so important in the age of social media, and I think people appreciate and value that….”
“The pieces the costume designers picked really suited each of them. Sometimes, things like this happen, and even if they’re used, they don’t necessarily always look great or work, but these just fit the whole theme…”
