‘Navratna’ (stones of the 9 planets) 9th Century ‘Baju’ Bracelet

Pretty & Meaningful. Inspired by the ancient traditional ‘baju’ bracelet from the 9th century, this bracelet is re created with a more contemporary feel. (A style we have been doing for over 8 years now)

It features the stones of the nine planets (‘navratna’). Jewels made of these 9 stones have a very interesting and spiritual/astrological history from ancient India. Each stone represents 9 planets which have a corresponding celestial God and each stone represents certain values, energies and properties. Overall ‘navratna’ jewels are said to bring good positive energy, good luck, prosperity and happiness.  The stones are: Diamond, Ruby; Natural Pearl; Coral; Emerald; Yellow Sapphire; Blue Sapphire; Hessonite Garnet; Cat’s Eye Chrysoberyl.

Set on cotton cord and silver with 7.39 carat of the above stones & 4.12 carat of natural single cut diamonds.

It has a easy clasp mechanism. Full length – 17.5 cm. Please note that we can add on links should you require the bracelet to be longer.
