The Queen became Queen in Kenya in 1952! – our home. She learnt the sad news of the passing of her father King George V1 when she and her dear Late Prince Phillip were on vacation in Kenya. Pictured here on the left are both the Queen and Prince Phillip in the Tree Tops lodge in Kenya.
